Brinkmann 810-7080-7 Gourmet Electric Smoker and Grill with Vinyl Cover

I have enjoyed the Brinkmann grill for over 11 years. I have used it with and without the water pan. I have found that if you clean it after use and then lightly coat the insides with oil, the grill will give you years of great smoking. I also smoke on a gas grill and I've experimented with plain wood smoking. The Brinkmann electric is a great option if you don't want to have to babysit the smoker. I live in California, so I can smoke all year round.
Love this Brinkmann 810-7080-7 smoker! My favorite cooking tool
Great smoker. It is larger enough to smoke a good amount of meat and keeping the temp in the ideal range is pretty simple. Smoking is a skill and it takes some time to get it right. This smoker definitely helps make bbq taste and smell better.
Regarding Turkeys... I have smoked pretty much everything so far including salmon, trout, ribs, chicken leg quarters, steak, 15 lbs of pork loin (one piece), and much more. One really nice thing about this smoker is that you are able to use the broth that is produced after the smoking inside the water pan, especially if you are smoking something for a long time (4 hrs), you can use the broth as a base for soup or stew. My favorite wood so far has been hickory wood chunks. They are fairly big size.

Bradley Smokers Original Smoker (33.5 x 17.5 x 20.25-Inch)

I love Bradley Smokers Original Smoker (33.5 x 17.5 x 20.25-Inch) because it automatically feeds the bisquettes. All I have to do is keep up with how long it needs to cook. What sets the Bradley apart from any other smoker are the bisquettes. They feed through a magazine and every 20 minutes the burnt bisquette is pushed into a small pan of water before the wood's ashes can start emitting rancid chemicals.
Absolutely outstanding smoker. Bradley Smokers Original Smoker (33.5 x 17.5 x 20.25-Inch)
I purchased this smoker for my husband as a Christmas gift after countless hours of searching and reading reviews. Bradley stood out as top of the line in the reviews I read. He really enjoys cooking with the smoker and the fact that it is so easy to use.
The taste is amazing with the smoke from the various wood bisquettes and the taste is not harsh at all no matter if you smoke only a couple of hours or in to an all day excursion into a whole roast. Smoked a 17# turkey for Thanksgiving. Deep fried is good, but smoked in the Bradley is superb! It turns out that smoking isn't just about meat. You can smoke nuts, cheeses, and you can even dry fruit in the unit. If you can eat it, you can probably smoke it too.

Reviews Char-Broil Big Easy TRU Infrared Smoker, Roaster, and Grill

I bought this Char-Broil Big Easy TRU Infrared Smoker, Roaster, and Grill last Feb so I could get ready to practice cooking in it before my first Thanksgiving turkey. I never even use my regular grill anymore as this one gives much better results. I have cooked chicken, ribs, turkey, steaks, pork, and even roasts with it and always have received excellent results on the first try.

I would also caution if you are looking for something to use as just a smoker, this is not the machine, it will add smoke flavor to your food but it also will cook your food while doing it. The results from this grill are consistent and continues to impress us. What I found really interesting about this grill is the ability to smoke your meats!! Weber Smokey Mountain Cooker 18.5 Inch Charcoal Smoker excellent product for smoking meat at home and it's a Weber so you get the quality as well. I enjoy cooking on it. Our first smoking items were a brisket and baby back ribs. It was so delicious the smoker created an impromptu party. Here's your chance to slow cook all your meals to juicy, tender perfection with Weber 721001 Smokey Mountain Cooker 18-1/2-Inch Charcoal Smoker, Black.
buy Weber 18.5-in. Smokey Mountain Cooker/Smoker, Black - Outdoor
Its roomy enough for two racks ribs on top and a healthy size brisket below on lower rack. Built-in thermometer! To think I paid more than Amazon's current price on the smoker and then another $50 on a thermometer. Mine is even in the same place on the lid. Great minds think alike, I guess... and Weber added this useful feature while keeping the price under control.

Reviews Masterbuilt Model20070312 30-Inch Smoker with Viewing Window and RF RemoteControl

I've used this Masterbuilt Model20070312 30-Inch Smoker particular smoker twice so far and the results have been pretty awesome. 2 whole chickens. They were probably done at 5 1/2 hours but I kept them going longer. They were cooked through, outside almost looked over done but they were juicy on the inside with excellent smoke flavor. I only used one set of wood chips for the entire 6-7 hours.
Masterbuilt 30" 20070312 with Window Reviews - Smoking Meat
The Masterbuilt Model20070312 30-Inch Smoker came up to temp of 225 degrees within 17 minutes.) The unit appears well built and of solid construction. I did have a small warpage of the bottom back portion of the back metal panel. I love my beef roasts rare and really appreciate how easy it is to get good results with the temp control and the internal meat probe this unit has.
