I have enjoyed the Brinkmann grill for over 11 years. I have used it
with and without the water pan. I have found that if you clean it after
use and then lightly coat the insides with oil, the grill will give you
years of great smoking. I also smoke on a gas grill and I've experimented with plain wood smoking. The Brinkmann electric is a great option if you don't want to have to babysit the smoker. I live in California, so I can smoke all year round.

Bradley Smokers Original Smoker (33.5 x 17.5 x 20.25-Inch)
I love Bradley Smokers Original Smoker (33.5 x 17.5 x 20.25-Inch) because it automatically feeds the bisquettes. All I have to do is keep up with how long it needs to cook. What sets the Bradley apart from any other smoker are the bisquettes. They feed through a magazine and every 20 minutes the burnt bisquette is pushed into a small pan of water before the wood's ashes can start emitting rancid chemicals.

Reviews Char-Broil Big Easy TRU Infrared Smoker, Roaster, and Grill
I bought this Char-Broil Big Easy TRU Infrared Smoker, Roaster, and Grill last Feb so I could get ready to practice cooking in it before my first Thanksgiving turkey. I never even use my regular grill anymore as this one gives much better results. I have cooked chicken, ribs, turkey, steaks, pork, and even roasts with it and always have received excellent results on the first try.
I would also caution if you are looking for something to use as just a smoker, this is not the machine, it will add smoke flavor to your food but it also will cook your food while doing it. The results from this grill are consistent and continues to impress us. What I found really interesting about this grill is the ability to smoke your meats!! Better then electric smokers! Reviews Weber 721001 Smokey Mountain Cooker 18-1/2-Inch Charcoal Smoker
Weber Smokey Mountain Cooker 18.5 Inch Charcoal Smoker excellent product for smoking meat at home and it's a Weber so you get the quality as well. I enjoy cooking on it.
Our first smoking items were a brisket and baby back ribs. It was so
delicious the smoker created an impromptu party. Here's your chance to slow cook all your meals to juicy, tender perfection with Weber 721001 Smokey Mountain Cooker 18-1/2-Inch Charcoal Smoker, Black.
Its roomy enough for
two racks ribs on top and a healthy size brisket below on lower rack. Built-in thermometer! To think I paid more than Amazon's current price
on the smoker and then another $50 on a thermometer. Mine is even in
the same place on the lid. Great minds think alike, I guess... and
Weber added this useful feature while keeping the price under control.
Reviews Masterbuilt Model20070312 30-Inch Smoker with Viewing Window and RF RemoteControl
I've used this Masterbuilt Model20070312 30-Inch Smoker particular smoker twice so far and the results have been pretty awesome. 2 whole chickens. They were probably done at 5 1/2 hours but I kept
them going longer. They were cooked through, outside almost looked over
done but they were juicy on the inside with excellent smoke flavor. I
only used one set of wood chips for the entire 6-7 hours.
The Masterbuilt Model20070312 30-Inch Smoker came up to temp of 225 degrees within 17 minutes.) The unit
appears well built and of solid construction. I did have a small warpage
of the bottom back portion of the back metal panel. I love my beef roasts rare and really appreciate how easy it is to get
good results with the temp control and the internal meat probe this unit
has.
